Current industrial herbicides have a negative impact on the environment and have widespread resistance, so computational studies on their properties, elimination, and overcoming resistance can be helpful. On the other hand, developing new herbicides, especially bioherbicides, is slow and costly. Therefore, computational studies that guide the design and search for new herbicides that exist in various plant sources, can alleviate the pain associated with the many obstacles.

Among the macro elements, K is the most abundant in all infant formulae samples, followed by Ca, P, Na and Mg. On the other hand, the analysis of food cereals showed that P is presents in the highest contents, followed by K, Ca, Na, and Mg.

Errors or inconsistencies in the datasets are a serious issue since they can lead to inaccurate predictions and generate problems with the modeling. This demonstrates that data curation efforts around A&M databases are still indispensable and that in the curation process studious attention is required.

The accuracy of the semi-quantitative MSP was compared with the corresponding qMSP semi-quantitative values using two semi-quantitative cut-off values (0-unmethylated and 1-weakly methylated) to discriminate methylated from unmethylated samples.
