Lithium niobate (LiNbO) has shown great potential for applications in nonlinear metasurfaces, thanks to its large second-order nonlinear coefficients and high integration capabilities. Optical resonances play a crucial role in further enhancing the nonlinear optical responses of LiNbO metasurfaces (LNMS). In this study, both numerically and experimentally, we designed and fabricated a metasurface structure that supports toroidal dipole (TD) resonance to enhance second-harmonic generation (SHG).

Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES)-the application of electrical currents to induce muscle contraction-has been used as part of the postoperative rehabilitation regimen.
Purpose: To investigate the effects of NMES on the recovery of quadriceps strength and knee function after ACL surgery.

Microbiome research has the potential to provide valuable information regarding the complex relationship between microbial communities and the human body. To help facilitate the translation of this potentially revolutionary research to clinical medicine, common guidelines and best practices are necessary. These guidelines should be based on the key findings of recent research in the field and address the primary areas of discrepancy in the previously published literature.

This study presented a novel strategy for managing plant viral diseases through the development an attenuated vaccine utilizing cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) for virus-induced gene silencing (VIGS) targeting susceptibility gene. TOBAMOVIRUS MULTIPLICATION 2A (TOM2A) gene was identified as a critical factor that enhances susceptibility to TMV infection in plants.

In this paper, CMS/ZnO heterojunctions were prepared by solvothermal loading of ZnO particles on the surface of CuMoS nanosheets. The photocatalytic H precipitation rate is about 545 μmol·g·h, which is 6.
