Phaeohyphomycosis is a group of superficial and deep infections due to dematiaceous fungi. They are most common in tropical environments, especially in immunocompromised hosts. We describe the first case of phaeohyphomycosis due to Pleurostoma ootheca in a kidney transplant recipient in Martinique (French West Indies).

A case of Gorham disease with several years of follow-up is reported. At birth he had a mass in the thigh which was had pathology demonstrating a lymphangioma. By age 3 years, he had lymphedema of the ipsilateral foot and discrepant leg lengths.

Tumor-to-tumor metastasis is a very rare event. We report three cases of tumor metastasizing in another tumor: a clear cell renal cell carcinoma in a vesicular thyroid adenoma, a lung carcinoma in a meningioma and a neuroendocrine lung carcinoma in a clear cell renal cell carcinoma. According to the literature, clear cell renal cell carcinoma is the most common tumor recipient of metastasis while lung carcinoma is the most common donor tumor.
