Shifts in the environment due to climate change necessitate breeding efforts aimed at adapting wheat to longer, warmer growing seasons. In this study, 21 modern wheat ( L.) cultivars and 29 landraces were screened for flag leaf starch levels, with the goal of identifying a genetic marker for targeted breeding.

Adolescent populations with depression are a particularly challenging demographic to treat as early intervention is crucial to prevent treatment resistance, but treatment options are limited. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) has emerged as a promising non-invasive option for TRD in adults as well as adolescents, offering hope for patients who have not responded to conventional therapies.

While digital mental health interventions (DMHIs) have been shown to be clinically effective, the relationship between DMHI use and outcome is unclear. The current study sought to identify the factors affecting the relationship between DMHI use and depression and anxiety symptom improvement in sub-groups of young people.

Long term galvanostatic (dis)charge testing with capacity of 378 mA h g after 1500 cycles was achieved. Dendritic Cu was used to facilitate increased mass loading while maintaining improved capacity retention.

Detecting biomarkers like saliva pH and glucose are crucial indicators of the health and well-being of animals and opens the door for development of new non-invasive calf health measurements. Herein, we introduce a highly sensitive and stable electrochemical sensor for detection of pH and glucose in artificial and calf saliva.
