Infants of all HBsAg-positive mothers received hepatitis B immunoglobulin (HBIg), 0.5 mL/kg of body weight within two hours of birth and, after randomization, 10 micrograms of hepatitis B vaccine either at 0, 1, 2, and 11 months of age (schedule A) or at 3, 4, 5, and 11 months of age (schedule B).

This result did not appear to be due to serial effects or changes in the plasma levels of the co-medication. Side effects were rare.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFSeventeen patients with common or classical migraine were prophylactically treated with 10 mg flunarizine daily whereas 18 patients received a placebo during a 3-month randomized double-blind study. Globally, flunarizine was significantly superior to the placebo. Only three patients felt that flunarizine had been useless and the investigator also guessed the medication code correctly in all but these three cases.
