We report the off-label application of the Castor single-branch stent graft for a complicated acute intramural haematoma involving the aortic arch. The endograft was deployed in zone 1 with the single branch in the left common carotid artery through a surgical left carotid and percutaneous right femoral artery access. The procedure was completed with the construction of a left carotid-subclavian bypass followed by plug embolization of the left subclavian artery.

Methods: Patients with IE and surgical indication were enrolled from October 2015 to December 2018. The primary endpoint consisted of a composite of major adverse events (MAEs) including all-cause death, hospitalizations, and IE relapses.
Background And Introduction: Lung cancer is a prevalent and deadly disease globally. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common subtype, comprising 85% of cases.
Case Report: A 65-year-old male ex-smoker presented to our facility with a nocturnal cough.

In the context of thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR), the reconstruction of the left subclavian artery (LSA) has emerged as a crucial component in establishing a sufficient proximal landing zone. However, the technical difficulty of these procedures raises the possibility of endoleaks and neurological consequences. Single-branched stent grafts offer good anchoring and LSA flow for these patients.
