Structural advancements in underwater vehicle design necessitate lightweight materials, driving interest in Fiber Metal Laminates (FMLs), known for their high specific strength, stiffness, and corrosion resistance. This study investigates the vibration response of FMLs through combined experimental and numerical analyses, specifically evaluating the novel effects of layerwise acoustic impedance matching on vibration damping within the 0-500 Hz frequency range, which aligns with ocean current frequencies. Various FML stackup sequences were characterized through ASTM E756-05 compliant experiments and ANSYS Harmonic Response simulations.

The Clinical Test of Sensory Interaction on Balance (CTSIB) was employed to assess balance performance in both groups.
Method: The study involved 70 participants, assigned into 2 equal groups; the sporting (N = 35) and non sporting (N = 35) group.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of frequency specific intramuscular electrical stimulation on post trigger point dry needling soreness.
Background: Dry needling (DN) with intramuscular electrical stimulation (DN/IMES) has been shown to be effective in reducing post needling soreness. The effect of frequency specific intramuscular electrical stimulation on post needling soreness has not been studied abundantly, but initial results are favorable.
There are many challenges that are faced in the treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) due to the complexities associated with the tumor. Association of different types of mutations are one of the major complexities. Among these mutations, BRAF mutations are significantly gathering more attention due to their impact on disease progression and therapeutic response.
