Background: Cardiovascular diseases are the leaders in morbidity and mortality worldwide. The most common cause of emergency hospitalization of cardiac patients is acute coronary syndrome, represented by acute forms of coronary heart disease: unstable angina and myocardial infarction. Among the young population (18-44 years old, according to WHO), in contrast to the older cohort, there has been a significant increase in cardiovascular morbidity over the last two decades.

Objectives: This study investigated the prevalence and characteristics of comorbid conditions in patients exposed to ionizing radiation and those who were involved in the Soviet-Afghan war.

Methods: This study analyzed the frequency and spectrum of morbidity and comorbidity in patients over a long-term period (30-35 years) following exposure to ionizing radiation at the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site or the Chornobyl nuclear power plant, and among participants of the Soviet-Afghan war. A cohort study, both prospective and retrospective, was conducted on 675 patients who underwent comprehensive examinations.

The research aims to study the age-related manifestations of teenagers' deviant behavior. The level of psychological health is determined (by 28 indicators) in 260 teenagers, including 141 boys and 119 girls. The 28 indicators are divided into 4 blocks (biological with basic acquisitions, age neoplasm, social) and analyzed with a 10-step property measuring scale.
