During cancer development, tumor cells acquire changes that enable them to invade surrounding tissues and seed metastasis at distant sites. These changes contribute to the aggressiveness of metastatic cancer and interfere with success of therapy. Our comprehensive analysis of "matched" pairs of HNSCC lines derived from primary tumors and corresponding metastatic sites identified several components of Notch3 signaling that are differentially expressed and/or altered in metastatic lines and confer a dependency on this pathway.

Reduced dosing frequency is perceived to reduce issues such as high out-of-pocket costs, frequent attendance to pharmacies, stigmatisation and the risk of diversion for unsanctioned opioid use. This study aims to explore the experiences of patients receiving depot buprenorphine from an Australian publicly operated drug and alcohol service.

This study lays a foundation for the design of the SH plate acoustic wave (PAW) resonators based on LiNbO plate, and are applicable to the ultra-wideband filters and next-generation tunable filters. The coupling coefficient ( k ) of SH mode is optimized to as high as 55% and wideband spurious are well controlled by analyzing the propagation characteristics of plate modes in LiNbO. The SH mode is demonstrated to be slowly dispersive and features the superiority of interdigital transducer (IDT)-defining frequency over most other plate modes.
