Meanwhile, advancements in fabrication techniques have led to the emergence of micromachined alternatives, namely, piezoelectric micromachined ultrasound transducer (PMUT) and capacitive micromachined ultrasound transducer (CMUT). Method: We put 68 women with DOR who were going through ART into a randomized controlled trial. Starting on the fifth day of their menstrual cycle, we gave them either 3 mg of Melatonin or a placebo every day before stimulating their ovaries.
Objective: For successful embryo implantation in women with high pulsatility, uterine vascular resistance and pulsatility must be reduced. We examined the effects of amlodipine on uterine pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI), and embryo transfer (ET) outcomes in women with prior implantation failure and at least one elevated uterine PI measurement (especially higher than 3).
Methods: Between February and November 2023, our reproductive facility conducted a single-center randomized clinical trial, enrolling 100 patients with previous implantation failure and at least one uterine PI measurement exceeding 3.
Objectives: To assess and compare attitudes towards patient safety among physicians and nurses in Iranian governmental teaching hospitals and to identify factors associated with attitudes towards patient safety.
Design: An institution-based, cross-sectional survey was carried out from July to August 2023.
