We put forth our opinion regarding the enhanced plasticity and modulation of mechanical properties of polymeric films obtained through electrospinning process in this article. In majority of the pharmaceutical, biomedical, and packaging applications, it is desirable that polymer based matrices should be soft, flexible, and have a moderate toughness. In order to convert inflexible and brittle polymers, adjuvants in the form of plasticizers are added to improve the flexibility and smoothness of solvent casted polymer films.

Article Synopsis
  • India has 40 unique zebuine cattle breeds, each with varying adaptability and production characteristics.
  • This study presents the first complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Indian cattle, which includes 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, two rRNA genes, and a control region.
  • Phylogenetic analysis indicates a close genetic relationship among the Indian cattle breeds, while notable genetic differences exist when compared to other cattle species, aiding future research on evolution and conservation of these breeds.
