Background And Aims: Histologic studies indicated that healed plaque, characterized by a multilayered pattern, is indicative of prior atherothrombosis and subsequent healing. However, longitudinal in vivo data on healed plaque formation in non-culprit plaques are limited. This study aimed to investigate serial changes and clinical significance of new layered pattern formation in non-culprit plaques in patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS) using serial optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging.

Unlabelled: This study aimed to synthesize evidence from primary studies on the acceptability and effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) for improving lifestyle behaviors and body mass index (BMI) in children with overweight or obesity. We conducted a meta-analysis or followed the Synthesis Without Meta-analysis (SWiM) guidelines to synthesize study findings. The analysis included both mindfulness-only interventions and comprehensive behavioral interventions incorporating mindfulness components.

Pro-healing impact of liraglutide on skin wounds in normoglycemic mice.

Recent studies demonstrated that glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RA) have promising prospects in promoting wound healing. In this study, we intend to investigate the pro-healing effect and potential molecular mechanism of topical administration of GLP-1RA liraglutide on wounds in normoglycemic mice. Two full-thickness wounds were created on the back of the C57BL/6 mice.
