A total of 35 patients with neurocirculatory dystonia (NCD) presenting with a syndrome of early repolarization of ventricles (SERV), who comprised the principal group, were studied for an effect of the syndrome under conditions of the bicycle ergometer [correction of veloergometer] exercise test on EKG as well as on the indices for physical performance. The results obtained were compared to those in 32 NCD cases without SERV signs (control group) and 20 essentially healthy subjects. NCD SERV cases, while in bicycle ergometry [correction of veloergometry], developed depression up to the isometric line of the elevated St-segment, and in a portion of cases it was 0.

The state of the greater and lesser hemodynamics in patients with rheumatic mitral heart disease complicated by pulmonary hypertension was analyzed after treatment with peripheral vasodilators and hemosorption. It is suggested that inclusion of hemosorption in the treatment complex favoured reduction of the degree of pulmonary hypertension, improvement of the central hemodynamics which may be directly related to improvement of the rheological properties of the blood.

Comparative data are presented on the effect of hypolipidemic agents on the content and composition of sterol-fibrinogen complexes of the blood in patients with ischemic heart disease. Inclusion of heparin, miscleron, complamin in the complex treatment was accompanied by a distinct reduction of the concentration of sterol-fibrinogen complexes, normalization of the ratio of polar sterols. The employment of miscleron and heparin furthered a reduction of the load of sterols on fibrinogen.
