Introduction: Antegrade posterior column screw fixation (APCS) provides stable fixation while reducing the complications related to dual acetabular approaches. Introduction: The aim of this retrospective study was to evaluate the effect of navigation on the positioning of the SpineJack implant in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar compression fractures.
