Background: There are differences in oesophageal cancer care across Sweden. According to national guidelines, all patients should be offered equal care, planned and administrated by regional multidisciplinary team meetings. The aim of the study was to investigate differences between regional multidisciplinary team meetings in Sweden regarding clinical staging and treatment recommendations for oesophageal cancer patients.

Scoping Review of Fall Risk Assessment Tools for Women Who Receive Maternity Care.

Objective: To identify and describe fall risk assessment tools used for women who receive maternity care.

Data Sources: PubMed, CINAHL Complete, MEDLINE Complete, Cochrane Library, Scopus, SciELO, and Repositórios Científicos de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (RCAAP).

Study Selection: We considered reports published until November 28, 2022, that included women during pregnancy, childbirth, or the postpartum period; involved the use of fall risk assessment tools, regardless of context; and were published in English, French, Portuguese, or Spanish.

Needs and expectations of family caregivers of cancer patients in palliative care: A study protocol.

Cancer has an associated burden that continues to grow, affecting patients, family caregivers, and the individual's community. The family caregivers' unmet needs may harmfully jeopardize their well-being and the patient's health outcomes. Therefore, it is essential to understand the needs and expectations of family caregivers of cancer patients to develop and improve care practices.

High-dose-rate brachytherapy in scrotal extramammary Paget's disease: A case report.

Purpose: Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) is a rare but lethal intraepithelial malignancy without standardized guidelines concerning diagnostic or therapeutic approaches. We report a case of EMPD of the scrotum treated with excellent results using high-dose brachytherapy.

Methods And Materials: A 76-year-old male originally presented in 2015 with pruritus and erythema of the right scrotum, biopsy proved to represent extramammary Paget's disease.

Discovery of [C]MK-6884: A Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Imaging Agent for the Study of M4Muscarinic Receptor Positive Allosteric Modulators (PAMs) in Neurodegenerative Diseases.

The measurement of receptor occupancy (RO) using positron emission tomography (PET) has been instrumental in guiding discovery and development of CNS directed therapeutics. We and others have investigated muscarinic acetylcholine receptor 4 (M4) positive allosteric modulators (PAMs) for the treatment of symptoms associated with neuropsychiatric disorders. In this article, we describe the synthesis, in vitro, and in vivo characterization of a series of central pyridine-related M4 PAMs that can be conveniently radiolabeled with carbon-11 as PET tracers for the in vivo imaging of an allosteric binding site of the M4 receptor.
