Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) is a nerve damage that is treated with painkillers and steroids which have the drawback of interference with other medications and the dangers of side effects. Novelty of the proposed work is to develop a Near Infrared Region (NIR) based non-invasive therapy device called 'DPNrelief-1.0V'developed with a 890 nm wavelength diodes.

Many researchers have studied how to produce butanol cheaply by considering appropriate feedstock materials and bioprocess technologies. The production of biobutanol through acetone-butanol-ethanol (ABE) is highly sought after around the world because of its sustainable supply and lack of competition with food.

In addition to being a synthetic polymer, PVA is a recyclable and biocompatible artificial polymer blend that has attracted a lot of interest in biological applications. The freezing-thawing process with PVA-urea blend is used to make hydrogel film.

Spesolimab, a humanized anti-interleukin-36 (IL-36) receptor monoclonal antibody, targets the key IL-36 pathogenetic pathway in GPP. A previous study showed that spesolimab treatment led to rapid pustular and skin clearance in patients with GPP flares, which was sustained for up to 12 weeks.
