This article reports facile fabrication of a multifunctional smart surface having superhydrophobic self-cleaning property, superoleophilicity, and antimicrobial property. These smart surfaces have been synthesized using the stereolithography (SLA) method of the additive manufacturing technique. SLA is a fast additive manufacturing technique used to create complex parts with intricate geometries.

Therefore, we first studied the link between sleep disturbances and the activation of nociceptors in two acute pain models. Activation of nociceptors in both acute inflammatory (AIP) and opto-pain models led to sleep loss, decreased sleep spindle density, and increased sleep fragmentation that lasted 3 to 6 hours.

A comprehensive stability and speciation study was conducted in various biological media, mapping the therapeutic effects of TTFA-Platin. A control molecule, TMK-Platin, was synthesized to further validate the structural-stability relationship, which displayed poor activatable features in biological systems.

In our previous studies, we have identified a significant association of Thr164Ile (T164I) polymorphism (C491T, rs1800088) in the β2 adrenergic receptor (β2AR) with refractoriness to β2 agonists like salbutamol. Utilizing molecular modeling approaches, we have demonstrated the suboptimal binding of salbutamol as a plausible rationale behind the refractoriness observed in asthmatics.

Although the proposed mechanism of action requires activation by intracellular thiols, the dependence of activity on the stability of pentathiepins towards glutathione (GSH) has not been directly investigated. Here, we determined the structure-related stability of six different pentathiepins with four different scaffolds in the presence of GSH by using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) and UV-vis spectroscopy over a wide range of GSH concentrations.
