Materials And Methods: A study was conducted with 60 postmenopausal female individuals. BMI was calculated using the weight and height of the patient using a formula.
Edentulism is characterized by the loss of teeth, which can significantly impact oral health and the quality of life of older patients. Among the challenges faced by individuals with edentulism is the occurrence of flabby ridges, a common consequence of prolonged tooth loss. Flabby ridges, characterized by soft, compressible tissue in the edentulous ridge area, present unique management challenges for dental professionals.
