This method enables rapid quantification of deletions, insertions, and substitutions, the probability of each mutation error, and their locations in the replicated sequences. Amplification techniques tested were conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with varying levels of polymerase fidelity (OneTaq, Phusion, and Q5) as well as rolling circle amplification (RCA) with Phi29 polymerase.

This work highlights an optimally designed polythiophene-carboxylic acid based CSCP, POET-T2-COOH, which achieves a conductivity exceeding 350 S/cm in molecularly doped and side chain cleaved films, 100-100,000 times higher than three other structurally isomeric CSCPs. The high conductivity of POET-T2-COOH is accomplished via a new "cleavage with doping" methodology, synergistically combining a strong acid and a primary dopant.

The objective of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to examine the association between serum calcium and magnesium levels in patients with preeclampsia and those in the healthy pregnancies.
Materials And Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted in various online databases, including PubMed/Medline, Scopus, Embase, Web of Sciences, and Cochrane library to identify relevant studies on Ca and Mg levels in preeclampsia up to July 2023.
