Optimal energy management of electric vehicles using slap swarm optimization and differential flatness control has been proposed. A battery-supercapacitor power system is adopted. Each source is connected in parallel to the DC-bus using DC-DC bidirectional converters and supplies a synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM) based drive.

This paper describes the detailed modeling and simulation of an aerogenerators system based on DFIG using RT-LAB simulator. A stator flux oriented vector is applied to decouple the control of active and reactive powers generated by the DFIG, and other controllers are needed to keep the DC-link voltage and grid currents at desired values. In order to adjust appropriately the pitch angle and keep the wind power at rated value, a pitch control and MPPT are involved.

Nivolumab, a completely human programmed death-1 inhibitor antibody, was first approved by the Food and Drug Administration for patients with advanced malignant melanoma resistant to other modalities of treatment. In 2015, it received approval as the first line of treatment for malignant melanoma. We aimed to synthesize evidence from published randomized-controlled trials on the safety and efficacy of nivolumab, either alone or in combination with ipilimumab, in the management of advanced unresectable melanoma.
