In this study, adsorption is an attractive for the removal of industrial dyes from aqueous simulated wastewaters is reported. The ternary graphene oxide-TiO₂-SiO₂ (GTS) nanocomposite was synthesized by sol-gel method. The as-synthesized nanocomposite was characterized by XRD, BET, FT-IR, SEM-EDAX and TEM analysis.

In the present study, a nanobiocomposite was prepared, in this direction, which contains carbon nanoparticles (CNP), methotrexate (Mtx) and asparaginase (Asp) coupled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The prepared nanobiocomposite kills only the cancer cells due to the presence of Mtx which is a folic acid analogue and targets the cancer cells due to the over expression of folate receptors on their surface and apoptosis occurs due to the anticancer activity of enzyme asparaginase.

We have modified the CNPs by coating bovine serum albumin (BSA) on their surfaces and loaded with methotrexate (Mtx). Infrared spectra have revealed the coating of BSA and Mtx on CNP (CBM).

Using 'Single Strand Conformation Polymorphism (SSCP)' of the SLIII region we have investigated for natural mutations and demonstrated presence of some non-covariant changes in certain sub-domains. However, overall SLIII-RNA structure was found to be phylogenetically conserved.
