Article Synopsis
  • Ketosis negatively impacts the health and performance of dairy cows, leading to significant economic losses, and the current detection method is limited to postpartum cows.
  • The study analyzed serum samples from various groups of cows to identify biomarkers for early detection of ketosis, focusing on changes in gene expression and metabolites.
  • Findings revealed that ketotic cows exhibited distinct metabolic and inflammatory changes, enabling potential early biomarkers for ketosis detection, with key genes related to energy and amino acid metabolism identified as significant.

Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein AB (hnRNPAB) is considered a cancer-promoting heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein in many cancers, but its function in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is poorly understood. hnRNPAB was highly expressed in PDAC tissues compared with normal pancreatic tissues, and high expression of hnRNPAB was associated with poor overall survival and recurrence-free survival in patients with PDAC. hnRNPAB promotes migration and invasion of PDAC cells in vitro.

Microglia are the most important immune cells in the central nervous system (CNS), which can defend against external pathogens and stimuli. Dysregulation of microglia releases excessive proinflammatory cytokines and leads to neuroinflammation, which is fundamental to the pathophysiology of multiple neurological diseases. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying the regulation of proinflammatory cytokines in microglia are still not well-understood.

Motor bearing fault diagnosis is essential to guarantee production efficiency and avoid catastrophic accidents. Deep learning-based methods have been developed and widely used for fault diagnosis, and these methods have proven to be very effective in accurately diagnosing bearing faults. In this paper, study the application of generative adversarial networks (GANs) in motor bearing fault diagnosis to address the practical issue of insufficient fault data in industrial testing.
