The objective of this study was to evaluate the genetic diversity among traditional common bean accessions through morphological descriptors and molecular markers. Sixty-seven common bean accessions from the Germplasm bank of the Instituto Federal of Espírito Santo-Campus de Alegre were evaluated. For this, 25 specific morphological descriptors were used, namely 12 quantitative and 13 qualitative ones.

Patients with a diagnosis of SLE induced by anti-TNFα therapy and registered on the Rheumatic Diseases Portuguese Register (Reuma.pt) who started their first anti-TNFα between 2001 and 2020 were included.

For the CAM model two human cell lines were used to generate two types of tumors, the RKO cell line for neoplastic colon tumors and the NCM460 cell line for non-neoplastic colon tumors. The Raman spectra were acquired with a 785 nm excitation laser.

However, some patients failed to respond or have an insufficient response to bDMARD early in the course of the treatment.
Objectives: To determine the percentage of RA patients who need to switch due to ineffectiveness in the first year of treatment and to identify specific baseline features as possible predictors of switch due to ineffectiveness in the first year of treatment.
Introduction: Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is characterized by progressive fibrosis of the skin and internal organs, microvascular damage and cellular and humoral immunity abnormalities. Microvascular damage can be easily detected through nailfold videocapillaroscopy (NVC).
Materials And Methods: A retrospective study of patients with SSc and a NVC performed within the first 6 months after diagnosis was conducted.
