The current work aims to develop a reliable and robust RP-HPLC method for analyzing Fosamprenavir and its potential impurities, including isomer, amino, propyl, nitro, and Amprenavir. The method used a Zobrax C18 column with a mobile phase of 0.1% V/V orthophosphoric acid in water and acetonitrile in gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 mL/min to accomplish efficient separation with detection at 264 nm and column temperature of 30 ± 2C.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFAirway management in trauma patients is a critical component of resuscitation, often complicated by the unique positioning required by the nature and location of injuries. Penetrating abdominal trauma requiring lateral positioning presents an uncommon and challenging scenario for airway stabilization, particularly when traditional supine approaches are contraindicated. We describe the case of an 18-year-old male patient who was taken to the operating theater with a penetrating abdominal injury necessitating lateral positioning due to ongoing bleeding and hemodynamic instability.

This study evaluates HER-2/neu expression in premalignant and malignant cervical lesions and correlates it with histological types and grades.
Methods: This prospective hospital-based study, conducted at the Department of Pathology of a tertiary care teaching hospital in Eastern India, included 74 cases (11 premalignant, 63 malignant) from January 2023 to October 2024.
