The aim of this study was to verify the biomodifying action of 6.5% grape seed extract solutions, with different pH, when applied on dentin collagen. Dentin bars (1.

However, it is an open question whether loci contributing to intraspecific variation in sexual traits are co-opted during the formation and strengthening of mating barriers between species. To test this, we used a population genomics approach in natural populations of Australian cricket sister species that overlap in a contact zone: and First, we identified loci associated with intraspecific variation in mating signals: advertisement song and cuticular hydrocarbon (CHC) pheromones.

We investigate whether differences in developmental environment, facilitated by divergent social conditions, can predict resilience to environmental change. Upon exposure to harsh novel environments, populations that previously experienced more benign social environments are predicted either to suffer fitness losses (the "mutation load hypothesis" and "selection filter hypothesis") or maintain fitness (the "beneficial mutation hypothesis").
