Exposure to hate in online and traditional media: A systematic review and meta-analysis of the impact of this exposure on individuals and communities.

The Problem: People use social media platforms to chat, search, and share information, express their opinions, and connect with others. But these platforms also facilitate the posting of divisive, harmful, and hateful messages, targeting groups and individuals, based on their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or political views. Hate content is not only a problem on the Internet, but also on traditional media, especially in places where the Internet is not widely available or in rural areas.

Health Care Trajectories for Children With ADHD in France: Results From the QUEST Survey.

The objective of this study is to retrospectively describe the pathway toward ADHD diagnosis and treatment, and identify potential areas for improvement. Parent-reported questionnaires were collected by a national sample of ADHD specialists. In total, 473 complete questionnaires were analyzed.

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) has a 3-5 % prevalence in Europe and North America. It is associated with functional impairment and can have a negative impact on social and family relationships and daily living. The experiences of children/adolescents with ADHD in Europe, as reported by parents/caregivers who completed the online Lifetime Impairment Survey (LIS), were evaluated.
