The Ξ_{b}^{0(-)}→Ξ_{c}(3055)^{+(0)}(→D^{+(0)}Λ)π^{-} decay chains are observed, and the spin-parity of Ξ_{c}(3055)^{+(0)} baryons is determined for the first time. The measurement is performed using proton-proton collision data at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb^{-1}, recorded by the LHCb experiment between 2016 and 2018.

However, such probes are usually obtained through total chemical synthesis. In this study, we develop a Sortase A (SrtA)-mediated semi-synthetic strategy for preparing cell-permeable Ub-propargylamide (Ub-PA) with a fluorescent or biotin tag.

Methods: 168 eyes of 84 patients (group 1 = fair levator function ≤ 9 mm, 78 eyes; group 2 = good levator function > 9 mm, 90 eyes) were retrospectively enrolled. Levator function test, Ocular Surface Disease Index Questionnaire (OSDI), Schirmer I test, noninvasive tear break up time (NItBUT), corneal staining score, meibography, meibum quality and expressibility scores, tear meniscus height, and partial blinking rate (PBR) were examined.
With the growing elderly population and increasing incidence of various aging-related diseases, the scientific community is faced with an urgent challenge to identify natural anti-aging agents. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) polysaccharides have been proven to have good anti-aging activities. This article reviews the literature on the anti-aging pathways of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides applied to Caenorhabditis elegans models in the past decade.
