Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is highly prone to early relapse and metastasis following standard treatment. CXCL8 is a key factor in tumor invasion and metastasis, but its role in TNBC prognosis and clinicopathological correlations remains poorly understood. This study investigated CXCL8 expression and its clinical significance in TNBC to develop a prognostic nomogram for guiding intensive treatment and follow-up strategies.

Methods: In this study, we used imaging mass cytometry (IMC) to assess the spatial heterogeneity of MIBC microenvironment across 185 regions of interest in 40 tissue samples.
Background: The study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of combined anlotinib and EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who had gradual, oligo, or potential progression after previous EGFR-TKIs treatment.
Methods: We conducted an open-label, single-arm, multicenter, phase II trial in China. Eligible patients were 18-75 years old with histologically or cytologically confirmed NSCLC who were EGFR mutation positive and showed gradual, oligo, or potential progression after EGFR-TKIs.
