Development of a methodology of for medical-flight examination of flight personnel under condition of hospital. When performing an experimental study of ways of improvement of hyperbaric ascent involving 95 servicemen,of special contingent determined lack of ascent security of flight crews to altitudes up to 6500 meters due to the large percentage (10%) of revealed reduced hypoxia tolerance of mild and moderate level in military personnel and potentially high risk of high-altitude decompression disease without a preparatory desaturation. The experimental testing of 5 minutes ascent technique for 5000 m and 6000 m is performed, justified criteria of hypobaric hypoxia tolerance of mild and moderate level during the examination of health state of 589 aircrew personnel (including personnel with approved diagnoses) in hyperbaric chamber in relation to hospital conditions.

To prevention death and serious injuries personnel must be equipped with war materiel collective and individual antimine defence. The experience gained in the establishment of protective equipment shows that modern technology can prevent serious injuries and moderately severe blast injuries in the members of the crew an ensure injury prevention not less than 95%. The solution to this problem is achieved by exception of conditions for spinal compression fractures, ankle and foot fractures, severe and moderately severe brain contusions and eardrum ruptures.

The study covered cardiac rhythm variability and hemodynamic parameters in airfield technical personnel under exposure to aviation noise and with use of individual protective measures against noise. Individual protective means remove unfavorable stressful external effects of noise--that is manifested by more stable parameters of sympathetic nervous system activity.

The model simulates a remote nervous control mechanism that integrates also the baroreflex role in systematic circulation hemodynamics influenced by postural effects. Parameters of the circulation consummatory organs have been modeled by addition or subtraction of metrics and baroreflex "increments" in accordance with the accepted controller structure. The basal vascular tone determined by the myogenic mechanisms forms a positive feedback with the initial tone value.
