: Life satisfaction (LS) is a key aspect of mental well-being, particularly for individuals with physical disabilities (IWPDs).This study examined LS levels among IWPDs in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the effects of three independent variables: (i) sociodemographic factors, (ii) self-reported health and fitness, and (iii) self-assessed physical activity (PA). Data was collected from 271 participants using validated questionnaires.

Introduction: Second victim experience (SVE) refers to the emotional and psychological impact experienced by healthcare providers who are involved in patient safety incidents (PSIs). Despite growing awareness of patient safety in healthcare organizations, remedial actions often focus only on the first victim, the patient. Therefore, it is important to recognize and address the emotional and physical toll that PSIs to ensure the well-being of and to promote a culture of safety in healthcare settings.

Purpose: This meta-analysis sought to compare knot tying against other methods of haemostasis in terms of post-operative haemorrhage, intraoperative blood loss and tonsillectomy time.

Methods: Two independent reviewers performed a literature search according to PRISMA guidelines. Three databases were consulted, Pubmed, Google Scholar and Embase.
