Background: Coaching on Lifestyle (CooL) is a two-year healthcare intervention for people with overweight or obesity, stimulating weight reduction by promoting sustained healthier behavior. The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of CooL on participants' anthropometrics, personal factors and behavioral factors over the two-year timeframe of CooL.
Methods: A descriptive case series study, using a broad set of routinely collected data on anthropometrics, personal factors and behavioral factors of adults living across the Netherlands.
Objective: This study aimed to investigate cross-sectional associations of total, animal, and plant-based protein intake and depressive symptoms in Dutch adults with type 2 diabetes (T2D).
Methods: We included 1137 individuals with T2D (aged 68.6 ± 9.
Purpose: Childhood overweight is considered a complex problem influenced by a range of factors, including energy balance-related behaviours (EBRBs) and interacting drivers of these behaviours. There is growing support that applying a systems approach is required to tackle complex problems resulting in actions that attempt to change the system's dynamics. Additionally, a participatory approach is advocated to include the lived experience of the population of interest both in the understanding of the system as well as the development, implementation and evaluation of relevant actions.

However, studies on GPR18 are hampered by the lack of suitable tool compounds. In the present study, potent and selective GPR18 agonists were developed showing low nanomolar potency at human and mouse GPR18, determined in β-arrestin recruitment assays.
