We report the case of a 59-year-old female patient with no previous cardiovascular disease treated for Breast cancer with Capecitabine. Shortly after starting treatment, she developed recurrent angina. An exercise stress echocardiogram was performed, which induced a type 1 Brugada pattern 12 s of a non-sustained pleomorphic ventricular tachycardia ensued.

Atrial fibrillation (AF) and cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) present risks of ischemic stroke and intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Vitamin K antagonist use is associated with fluctuations in international normalized ratio (INR), which predispose to a higher bleeding risk. Patients with a diagnosis of AF and ICH while on a vitamin K antagonist were identified using the Rochester Epidemiology Project.
