Oilseed brassicas stand as the second most valuable source of vegetable oil and the third most traded one across the globe. However, the yield can be severely affected by infections caused by phytopathogens. White rust is a major oomycete disease of oilseed brassicas resulting in up to 60% yield loss globally.

Plasmablastic myeloma presenting as rapidly progressive renal failure in a young adult.

Multiple myeloma (MM) is a condition where there is malignant proliferation of plasma cells. There is a strong correlation with age, peaking at 60-70 years. The clinical course in adolescents and young individuals is generally indolent and the survival is longer.

The t(6;9)(p22;q34) in myeloid neoplasms: a retrospective study of 16 cases.

Among patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), the t(6;9) (p22;q34) is a rare but defined subset with a poor prognosis. We report 16 patients with the t(6;9), of whom 13 had AML, 2 had myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), and 1 had chronic myeloid leukemia in myeloid blast crisis (CML-BC). All except for one were evaluated at diagnosis.

Metastatic primitive neuroectodermal tumor involving testis.

A 40-year-old male patient presented with enlarging mass over left leg region. Incisional biopsy report revealed an undifferentiated malignant round cell sarcoma, for which above-knee amputation was done. One year later, the same patient presented with left testicular swelling which appeared to be malignant.
