Aim: To analyze the experience of Chazov National Medical Research Center of Cardiology in patient selection for left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation.

Materials And Methods: 901 patients, whose documents were sent to Chazov National Medical Research Center of Cardiology from regional medical and prophylactic institutions, were screened as selection for LVAD implantation.
