Objective: To examine the impact of PRDL on mouse oocyte developmental competence.
Methods: This study was conducted on 6-8-week-old female Swiss albino mice in which different doses of PRDL were administered for three days during superovulation. Oocytes were assessed for quality, and subsequently, embryos derived from these oocytes were evaluated at the blastocyst stage.
This Review examines the potential of breathomics in enhancing disease monitoring and diagnostic precision when integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) and electrochemical sensing techniques. It discusses breathomics' potential for early and noninvasive disease diagnosis with a focus on chronic kidney disease (CKD), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and lung cancer, which have been well studied in the context of VOC association with diseases. The noninvasive nature of exhaled breath analysis can be advantageous compared to traditional diagnostic methods for CKD, which often rely on blood and urine testing.

Increasing evidence indicates that tDRs regulate stem cell homeostasis and differentiation, often altered in disease, highlighting the importance of fully characterizing their role in stem cell biology. Multiple studies point to protein synthesis as a crucial target of tDR-mediated control of different stem cell types.

These biomarkers need continuous non-invasive monitoring, which is difficult with blood. We studied the AWARE sweat-sensor to measure these in passively expressed sweat in healthy people (N = 12) and cirrhosis (N = 32, 10 outpatients/22 inpatients) for 3 days.
