Synthesis of Polysubstituted Benzo[][1,5]naphthyridine via Mn(III)-Mediated Domino Cascade Reactions of Cyclopropanols and 2-(2-Isocyanophenyl)acetonitriles.

Domino cascade reactions, which can construct multiple bonds in one pot, are efficient methods to synthesize N-heterocycles and other useful skeletons. Herein, we report an expedient synthesis of polysubstituted benzo[][1,5]naphthyridine via Mn(III)-mediated C-C bond cleavage of cyclopropanols. These reactions were initiated by addition of β-carbonyl radicals, generated from cyclopropyl alcohols in the presence of Mn(III), to 2-(2-isocyanophenyl)acetonitriles to give quinolin-3-amines, which went through intramolecular cyclizations and dehydrogenation to give the final products.

Characterization of Myf6 and association with growth traits in swimming crab (Portunus trituberculatus).

Background: Myogenic factor 6 (Myf6) plays an important role in muscle growth and differentiation. In aquatic animals and livestock, Myf6 contributes to improving meat quality and strengthening the accumulation of muscle flavor substances. However, studies on Myf6 gene polymorphisms in crustaceans have not been reported.

The in vitro Activity of Omadacycline Alone and in Combination Against Carbapenem-Resistant .

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the in vitro activity of omadacycline (OMC) and OMC-based combination therapy against carbapenem-resistant (CRKP).

Methods: The broth microdilution assay assessed the in vitro susceptibility of CRKP to OMC. The checkerboard assay was performed to evaluate the activity of OMC combined with polymyxin B (PB), amikacin (AN), or meropenem (MEM) against KPC-producing (class A) CRKP strains, and OMC combined with PB, aztreonam (ATM), MEM, or AN against class B and class A plus class B CRKP strains.

Development and validation of a prognostic model based on m6A-related lncRNAs to predict prognosis for papillary renal cell cancer patients.

To evaluate the predictive utility of N6-methyladenosine (m6A)-associated long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) for the prognosis and immunotherapy response in papillary renal cell carcinoma (pRCC). Transcriptomic data of pRCC samples were extracted from the TCGA database. The m6A-related lncRNAs were identified by Pearson correlation analysis.
