Background: It has been reported that circadian clock components, Brain and Muscle ARNT-Like 1 (BMAL1) and Circadian Locomotor Output Cycles Kaput (CLOCK), are uniquely essential for glioblastoma (GBM) stem cell (GSC) biology and survival. Consequently, we developed a novel Cryptochrome (CRY) activator SHP1705, which inhibits BMAL1-CLOCK transcriptional activity.
Methods: We analyzed buffy coats isolated from Phase 1 clinical trial subjects' blood to assess any changes to circadian, housekeeping, and blood transcriptome-based biomarkers following SHP1705 treatment.
Background: Intervention planners use logic models to design evidence-based health behavior interventions. Logic models that capture the complexity of health behavior necessitate additional computational techniques to inform decisions with respect to the design of interventions.
Objective: Using empirical data from a real intervention, the present paper demonstrates how machine learning can be used together with fuzzy cognitive maps to assist in designing health behavior change interventions.
FCMpy is an open-source Python module for building and analyzing Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCMs). The module provides tools for end-to-end projects involving FCMs. It is able to derive fuzzy causal weights from qualitative data or simulating the system behavior.

The problems are governed by integral equations with the Weber-Sonine kernel on two segments. By the Mellin convolution theorem, the integral equations associated with models 1 and 2 reduce to vector Riemann-Hilbert problems with 3 × 3 and 2 × 2 triangular matrix coefficients whose entries consist of meromorphic and plus or minus infinite indices exponential functions.
