Objective: To investigate the association between specific reactive nitrogen species and sperm function among infertile subjects.
Design: Controlled trial.
Setting: Fertility clinic at the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi, India.
A-16-year old female with laxity, atrophy, wrinkling and telangiectases of skin of both upper eyelids is being reported. These changes were preceded by recurrent, painless edema of eye lids, starting at the age of 14 years.

Both the values were found to be significantly reduced in cases of pterygium indicating the inadequacy of tear film in these patients.
