A previously hemostatically asymptomatic patient with common variable hypogammaglobulinemia was given everolimus to prevent growth of her liver. Within several months, the patient developed a severe bleeding disorder. The bleeding was due to fibrin polymerization defect that upon sequencing was shown to be dysfibrinogenemia Krakow III.

The rheological stability is evaluated by measuring the dynamic viscosity of the formulations for 12 h with a constant shear rate stress under ambient conditions. It is believed that the observed superior stability of the inks is the result of effectively suppressing the hydrolysis and condensation reaction between the metal oxo alkoxide precursor complex and atmospheric water.

Here we prepared 20 kDa dextran-coated SPIO nanoworms (NWs) of 250 nm diameter and a high molar transverse relaxivity rate R2 (∼400 mM(-1) s(-1)) to study the effect of cross-linking-hydrogelation with 1-chloro-2,3-epoxypropane (epichlorohydrin) on the immune evasion both in vitro and in vivo.
