Weeds are a concern in agriculture and the use of herbicides constitutes an effective, efficient, and economical way to control their growth. Recent discoveries of herbicides are promising for the management of resistant weeds. Introduction: The area postrema, located on the floor of the fourth ventricle, regulates vomiting, fluid balance, osmoregulation, and immunomodulation. First documented in 1896, it has been a subject of scientific interest ever since. Area postrema syndrome (APS) is characterised by intractable nausea, vomiting, or hiccups, typically associated with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD).

Implementation of patient-reported outcome dashboards within the electronic health record to support shared decision-making in serious chronic illness.

Background: Attending to patient-reported outcomes (PROs) using data visualisation dashboards could enhance shared decision-making (SDM) and care delivery for serious chronic illnesses. However, few studies have evaluated real-world strategies and resulting implementation outcomes of PRO dashboards.

Method: From June 2020 to January 2022, we implemented an electronic health record (EHR)-integrated PRO dashboard for advanced cancer and chronic kidney disease.
