Stegosaurs are a minor but iconic clade of ornithischian dinosaurs, yet due to a poor fossil record, their early evolution is poorly understood. Here, we describe a new stegosaur, Baiyinosaurus baojiensis, gen. et sp.

Here, we report three new tracksites from two different synclines in the Imilchil area, Central High Atlas, Morocco. The tracks and trackways are preserved in fluvial deposits in different levels of the Isli Formation (Early Bathonian-?Upper Jurassic), and contain impressions made by sauropods, theropods and ornithopods, as well as tracks that might represent bird-like non-avian theropod dinosaurs.

International trials have demonstrated this program measurably improves family environment, maternal competencies, and child development. The Australian program has been tailored for mothers having a First Nations baby.

Despite convergently evolving quadrupedal gait, ornithischians exhibited variable anatomy, particularly in the forelimbs, which underwent a major functional change from assisting in foraging and feeding in bipeds to becoming principal weight-bearing components of the locomotor system in quadrupeds. Here, we use three-dimensional multi-body dynamics models to demonstrate quantitatively that different quadrupedal ornithischian clades evolved distinct forelimb musculature, particularly around the shoulder.
