We studied the influence of glycaemic levels on pharmacokinetics properties of cefoperazone in 12 type 1 insulin dependent diabetic patients. Hyperglycaemia was obtained by a reduction of one quarter of their usual insulin dosage and normoglycaemia by an artificial pancreas (Biostator GCIIS).
