Background: Standard of care (SOC) for relapsed/refractory mantle cell lymphoma (R/R MCL) has included chemoimmunotherapy and targeted therapies (eg, Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitors [BTKis]). The approval of novel chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR T) therapy in 2020 expanded therapeutic options.

Objective: To compare real-world patient characteristics, treatment patterns, health care resource utilization (HRU), and costs in traditional Medicare and commercially insured patients with R/R MCL treated with CAR T vs non-CAR T SOC (non-CAR T).

Background: Pediatric acquired brain injury (ABI) is frequently associated with cognitive and socioemotional alterations. Therefore, targeted rehabilitation to improve everyday functioning, particularly executive functioning (EF), is needed to limit the possible deterioration of cognitive abilities and behavior over time and the associated social and psychological costs.

Objective: In this paper, we present the protocol for a phase-2 randomized controlled trial (RCT) aimed at examining the feasibility and efficacy of a web-based intervention (ie, the Italian version of the Teen Online Problem-Solving [I-TOPS] intervention) to improve problem-solving abilities versus an active-control, web-based intervention (ie, wellness intervention) providing health and wellness content.

The Surface Dust Analyser (SUDA) is a mass spectrometer onboard the Europa Clipper mission for investigating the surface composition of the Galilean moon Europa. Atmosphereless planetary moons such as the Galilean satellites are wrapped into a ballistic dust exosphere populated by tiny samples from the moon's surface produced by impacts of fast micrometeoroids. SUDA will measure the composition of such surface ejecta during close flybys of Europa to obtain key chemical signatures for revealing the satellite's composition such as organic molecules and salts, history, and geological evolution.

Background: Librarians have relied on resource lists for developing nursing collections, but these lists are usually in static or subscription-based formats. An example of this is the 26th edition of the Essential Nursing Resources last published in 2012. The Nursing and Allied Health Resources and Services (NAHRS) Caucus Nursing Essential Resources List (NNERL) Task Force has been working on a new list since Fall 2020.

People with sickle cell disease (SCD) have an increased risk of pregnancy loss and severe maternal morbidity in pregnancy yet there is little data on the outcomes of abortions or pregnancy loss among these individuals. This retrospective review aimed to describe the clinical outcomes of procedurally managed abortions and early pregnancy losses among individuals with sickle cell disease at a single center. We identified 19 individuals with sickle cell disease who underwent 24 procedures for the management of abortion (n = 18) or pregnancy loss (n = 6) at our center from 2013 to 2022.
