Objectives: To predict and characterize the three-dimensional (3D) structure of protein arginine methyltransferase 2 (PRMT2) using homology modeling, besides, the identification of potent inhibitors for enhanced comprehension of the biological function of this protein arginine methyltransferase (PRMT) family protein in carcinogenesis.
Materials And Methods: An method was employed to predict and characterize the three-dimensional structure. The bulk of PRMTs in the PDB shares just a structurally conserved catalytic core domain.
Comparing the effectiveness of virtual and traditional learning methods is crucial for understanding their impact on knowledge transmission in different subjects. The objective of this cross-sectional study was to explore dental students' perceptions and satisfaction levels with their experiences in virtual learning compared to traditional classroom learning. A cross-sectional survey was administered to all dental students in the College of Dentistry across preclinical (3rd and 4th year) and clinical (5th and 6th year) levels using Google Forms.

We present molecular insights into a processive multifunctional endo-1,3-1,4-β-d-glucanase (Tt_End5A) from the hyperthermophilic bacterium Thermogutta terrifontis. Tt_End5A demonstrated activities against a broad spectrum of β-polysaccharides, including barley glucan, lichenan, carboxymethyl cellulose, regenerated amorphous cellulose (RAC), Avicel, xylan, laminarin, mannan, curdlan, xanthan, and various chromogenic substrates at pH 7 and temperatures ranging from 70 to 80°C.

We aimed to determine incidence and clinical significance of vaccine-strain transmission to unvaccinated infants in a NICU that routinely administers pentavalent rotavirus vaccine (RV5).
Methods: This prospective cohort study included all patients admitted to a 100-bed NICU for 1 year.
