[Organization and procedure of forensic medical expert evaluation of professional working capacity loss].

Sixty-one forensic medical expert conclusions on the loss of professional working capacity are analyzed and typical errors are characterized. The procedure of forensic medical expert evaluation of the degree of loss of professional working capacity in accordance with the Civil Code and Civil Judicial Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and the actual norm-setting documents is described.

[The forensic medical assessment of the micromorphology of brain stem hemorrhages in craniocerebral trauma].

Microscopic features of primary and secondary hemorrhages in the stem portion of the brain in craniocerebral injuries are described. Criteria of differential diagnosis between primary and secondary hemorrhages in the stem in subjects dead during 24 h after isolated and combined craniocerebral injuries are defined. The forensic medical significance of differential diagnosis of hemorrhages in the stem for the solution of many expert problems is evaluated.

Presents a comparative analysis of vascular and tissue reactions at the site of injuries to soft integument of the hairy part of the head in the acute period of craniocerebral injury in various forms of consciousness disturbances. Analyzes the time course of vascular changes in various topographic zones of soft integument of the head during 13 days, divided into 7 intervals, of the acute period of craniocerebral injury.

The author presents a comparative analysis of vascular and tissue reactions in brain contusion foci in the acute period of a craniocerebral injury involving various degrees of consciousness disorders. These reactions were found to depend on the periods elapsed since the injury and the severity of consciousness disorders.
