Intrauterine adhesion (IUA), also referred to as Asherman's syndrome, is characterized by fibrosis, inflammation, and can cause amenorrhea and infertility due to abnormal endometrial healing. Histological and Molecular methods were used to evaluate the efficacy of EPO, which is traditionally known for its anti-inflammatory and fibrinolytic properties, in preventing the formation of IUA. Oral administration of EPO reduced the formation of adhesion bands and promoted endometrial regeneration.

This survey aims to determine the prevalence of anemia and its association with demographic and biochemical factors and metabolic syndrome in a human sample derived from the MASHAD cohort study.
Methods: This survey was conducted on a sub-sample of 9847 individuals aged 35 to 65 as part of the MASHAD cohort study.
The biosynthetic transport route that constitutes the secretory pathway plays a fundamental role in the cell, providing to the synthesis and transport of around one third of human proteins and most lipids. Signaling molecules within autoregulatory circuits on the intracellular membranes of the secretory pathway regulate these processes, especially at the level of the Golgi complex. Indeed, cancer cells can hijack several of these signaling molecules, and therefore also the underlying regulated processes, to bolster their growth or gain more aggressive phenotypes.

This case-control study comprised 572 patients with stable CAD and 281 healthy subjects with no history of cardiovascular disease (control group). Based on the results of coronary angiography, the patient group was divided into two groups: CAD- and CAD+.

We aimed to investigate the relationship between diet quality with cell blood count (CBC) and inflammatory indices such as red cell distribution width (RDW) and white blood cell count (WBC).
Study Design: A total of 367 male subjects aged 20-69 yrs, who were employees of Shahid Hasheminejad Gas Processing Company (SGPC) completed the study.
