We report a patient who presented with a generalized pustular eruption following adalimumab therapy for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). The diagnosis of generalized pustular psoriasis was confirmed with a biopsy showing neutrophilic spongiosis and intraepidermal pustulosis.
