We report a 23-year-old male who presented with acute dysarthria, dysphagia, and quadriparesis. These symptoms were preceded by fever and headache. His neurological symptoms were progressive and rendered him quadriplegic over three weeks.

Methods: A cross-sectional analytical study was performed on 918 adults attending primary healthcare settings in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, to estimate the cLBP prevalence, its effect on health-related quality of life (QOL), and predictors of subsequent disability. The visual analog scale of pain (VAS), World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale (WHO-QOL), and Oswestry low back pain disability index (ODI) were used to assess back pain severity, impact on QOL, and physical disability, respectively.
An estimated 80% of the world's population use traditional and complementary medicine (T&CM) products as part of their healthcare, with many accessed through pharmacy. Methods: This is a retrospective cohort study conducted at King Salman Armed Forces Hospital (KSAFH), Tabuk, Saudi Arabia over the period between March to November 2020. The study was conducted over 237 patients who had confirmed SARS-CoV-2 and fulfilled the study inclusion criteria (at least 14 years old, with subsequently discharged alive from the hospital) were included.
. The competency of using video laryngoscopes (VL) for double-lumen tube (DLT) endobronchial intubations can be improved with constant training as assessed by measuring the learning curves. We hypothesized that the time to DLT intubation would be reduced over the intubation attempts.
