[The main aspects of the multidisciplinary dispensary dental care to elderly and senile population].

In the article presents the characteristics of the organization of dispensary work with patients older than 60 years. The main directions and objectives dispensary. The features of clinical supervision of dental patients belonging to the category of persons decreed by the elderly, senile age from the perspective of interaction professionals in a multidisciplinary clinic.

Mechanisms of antioxidant effect of natural sesquiterpene lactone and alkaloid derivatives.

We performed screening of potential antioxidants among natural lactone and alkaloid derivatives and characterized their antioxidant effects. The substances exhibiting antioxidant and metal-chelating potential, in particular, tryptamine derivatives, are promising neuroprotector agents.

[Structural mechanisms and mathematical modeling of the bone tissue damage caused by hyper-speed impact].

Method of computer modeling of behavior of cylindrical and lamellar bones under the hypervelocity impact is suggested. This method allows in the frame of mechanics of continuous medium to calculate the stress strain behavior and damage in bone tissues under the shock wave impact. The processes of shock correlation of steel fragments of different shape with diaphysis of cylindrical bones and flat bone of calvaria under the impact 500 m/s are studied.

[Program of diagnosis and care of patients with " cardialgia " in general practice].

A team of primary medical aid examined patients with diagnosis " cardialgia " in a district served by a general practitioner. Basing on objective physical diagnosis and parameters of psychological and social status of patients obtained by this team clinical recommendations on organization of diagnostic process and intervention programs were prepared.

[The pathogenetic role of the infection component in children with lymphadenopathy under modern conditions].

Apart from lymphadenopathy types observed in well-known diseases (oncology and hematology pathologies, systemic lesions of connective tissues, tuberculosis, brucellosis, infection mononucleosis, toxoplasmosis, AIDS and other specific processes), there is an extensive group of lymphadenopathy (up to 70% of all disease cases), whose cause cannot be diagnosed by using the routine examination schemes. This was reflected in the diagnosis of "lymphadenopathy of unverified etiology" according to the MKB-1 now in force. Investigations of the role (in etiopathogenesis) of unverified lymphadenopathy types as observed in children with the infection component as well as optimization of their diagnosis and treatment schemes are elucidated in the paper.
