Facilitating stress prevention in micro and small-sized enterprises: protocol for a mixed method study to evaluate the effectiveness and implementation process of targeted web-based interventions.

Background: Workplace-related stress is a major risk factor for mental and physical health problems and related sickness absence and productivity loss. Despite evidence regarding the effectiveness of different workplace-based interventions, the implementation of stress prevention interventions is rare, especially in micro and small-sized enterprises (MSE) with fewer than 50 employees. The joint research project "PragmatiKK" aims to identify and address the specific barriers to the implementation of stress prevention interventions in MSE.

Priorities and Preferences of People Living with Dementia or Cognitive Impairment - A Systematic Review.

Background: Knowledge about the priorities and preferences of people living with dementia (PwD) might help to individualize treatment, care, and support, which could improve patient-related outcomes. This study aimed to summarize preferences of PwD or people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), considering all relevant aspects of health care and everyday life.

Methods: We conducted a systematic literature review and included studies about patient preferences published in English between January 1, 1990 and October 28, 2019.

Large-Diameter Penetrating Keratoplasties are Mostly Due to Very Severe Infectious Keratitis and Cannot Always Prevent Secondary Enucleation.

Purpose: To report the indications and outcomes of penetrating keratoplasties with a graft diameter > 8.5 mm in severe corneal diseases at the Department of Ophthalmology at Saarland University Medical Centre.

Study Design: Retrospective (6 years), descriptive, and observational.

Herpes Simplex Virus Keratitis in a University Tertiary Referral Centre - Clinical Features and Surgical Approaches.

Purpose: To assess prevalence, clinical manifestations, required keratoplasties, follow-up, and outcome in patients with Herpes Simplex Virus Keratitis (HSK) attending a University Tertiary Referral Center.

Design: Retrospective (12 years), descriptive, observational study.

Methods: A total of 817 eyes with clinical diagnosis of HSK from 779 patients were classified by the type of presentation.
